Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone using the Platform and forms part of our Terms of Service.

You must not

Harass, threaten, or abuse another user, or use unlawfully discriminatory language or conduct toward another user.

Impersonate another person or company, create a fake recruiter account or a fake contractor profile, fabricate a certificate, qualification, or piece of work experience, post a fake job opportunity, or run a scam through the Platform.

Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or contact a user for a purpose unrelated to a genuine offshore recruitment conversation.

On The Forecourt: list a vehicle you don't own or that isn't genuinely for sale, misrepresent a vehicle's condition, history, mileage, or price, post photos, a description, or contact details that are abusive, discriminatory, sexual, or otherwise objectionable, or use a listing to advertise anything other than the vehicle itself. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on objectionable content in a Forecourt listing — a listing that breaches this is removed and the account may be blocked from publishing further listings, without needing to wait for a report if it's already been reported and reviewed.

Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data from the Platform, use automated tools to access or extract data, or misuse another user's personal information for any purpose outside what the Platform itself allows.

Attempt credential-stuffing, brute-force, or other attacks on any account, introduce malware or malicious code, attempt to defeat, bypass, or probe the Platform's security including its privacy and visibility controls, or attempt to bypass a block, report outcome, or suspension.

Use the Platform's recruitment features to advertise anything unrelated to genuine offshore recruitment, use The Forecourt to advertise anything other than a genuine vehicle you own for sale, or infringe another person's intellectual property rights.

Reporting and enforcement

If you see conduct that breaches this policy, report it from within the app or web platform, or contact us directly — a Forecourt listing can be reported directly from the listing itself. We aim to review every report within 24 hours, and may warn, suspend, or terminate an account, hide or remove a listing, or block a seller from publishing further listings, if we believe this policy has been breached. A listing that receives multiple reports may be hidden automatically pending our review, before we've had a chance to look at it individually. You can also block a Forecourt seller from any of their listings — you won't see their listings again.
