Delete your 2N2 account

You can permanently delete your 2N2 account and its data at any time, for free. This page applies to the 2N2 app on iPhone and Android, operated by Graftr Systems Ltd.

Delete it in the app

1. Open 2N2 and go to your Profile.
2. Tap the Settings cog.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. There's no waiting period, and it can't be undone.

No longer have the app?

Email martin@2n2offshore.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my 2N2 account". We'll confirm it's your account, delete it, and reply to let you know it's done.

What's deleted

• Your account and sign-in.
• Your profile, jobs, calendar, rotations, invoices, expenses and daily logs.
• Your certificates, travel documents, receipts and every scan or photo you've uploaded.
• Your garage: vehicles, service history, documents, Sales Packs, and any Forecourt listings.
• Your fitness activities, routes and Safe Share history.

What's kept, and why

• Report outcomes. If a report was made about content or a listing, a record that it was made and how it was resolved is kept without your profile attached, for safety and dispute-resolution reasons.
• Documents shared with a company's Work Ready project. These follow that project's own retention, because others on the team may still need them.
• Broker enquiries. If you asked to speak to a mortgage or protection broker, we keep the record of that referral (your name, contact details and what you asked about) for our accounting and legal records. It's no longer linked to an account. The broker holds their own copy under their own privacy policy.
• Anonymous game results. Results in competitions you took part in stay in the bracket for the other players, with your name removed.
• Purchase receipts. Apple and Google keep their own records of in-app purchases. Deleting your 2N2 account doesn't cancel a subscription or refund a purchase; manage those in your App Store or Google Play account.

Just want some data removed?

You can delete individual records, documents and photos in the app at any time. To ask us to remove or export specific data without deleting your account, email martin@2n2offshore.com.
